I'm Wes Sheppard, owner & consultant for CTS Propane Solutions, LLC

and I have dedicated my business to assisting new propane providers searching for answers in starting their new business operations, to existing operators trying to meet regulatory and instructional training requirements, and to expanding marketers needing third-party, on-site training, certifications, and compliance manuals.

 

With over 30+ years of experience in safety management and corporate instruction positions, I bring my knowledge from the energy, transport, and tech industries offering seasoned management, regulatory compliance, and directional skills for marketer operations.

 

Most recently, as a Senior Consultant for the past 6 years for a national propane safety marketer, I have worked with clients coast-to-coast providing compliance, training, & safety programs to marketers for daily operations.

 

Applying knowledge gained serving 7 years as Safety Director overseeing training and safety compliance for a multi-state, multi-unit propane company, I am aware of the constraints in time, employees, and resources to meet these standards.

 

As a nationally certified trainer for a Fortune 200 oil/chemical company since 1993, I am currently a PEP-recognized instructor for PERC's new modular employee training program. This allows me to present a well-versed approach for new employee training, and continuing education of a seasoned workforce.

With these years of experience, I have the skills to assist companies develop and update Operational & Maintenance manuals, Policy & Procedures manuals, and DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Security Plans while meeting current regulations for propane marketers.
